Karen Draper is a professional English
Equestrian Artist with over 25 years experience, she is highly sought
after and has an established international reputation. She works to
commission and travels all over the world to her clients.
Karen divides her time between New Zealand and Italy where she has studio bases and makes regular visits to the U.K. each summer to take photos for clients commissions.
In addition to an accurate physical representation, Karen aims to
convey the personality and character of her subject. She works in
watercolour and oils to produce very fine detail with a depth and
richness of colour to give texture and the "living" quality
which is so much a feature of her work.
